If item is defective after 30 days, you can still send it back to us. We will send you a new one after receiving the defective item. But you have to pay the extra shipping fee

Q: The time period limited is going to end but I still not receive the parcel, what shall I do?
A: You can simply leave comment inside the order and ask us to add more days. Aliepxresss will NOT release payment untill the parcel go to an end and some one sign the parcel. In fact, you don’t need to care about the time limite
Q: Still not arrived for 28 days. What should I do. I am from Brazil.
A: Brazil,Italy and some south America Countries may take a litter long time to delivery.
